The second book of our 5 Poems series features work by Jenith Charpentier: a short collection that strands you in a kitchen full of bees without a map, and then draws a map on the back of your hand. Everything is dark, but everything is also growing. Charpentier’s work makes its perilous journey supplied with fierce hunger and an eye for beauty.
